Ingredients Directions
  1. Heat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the margarine and saute the bell pepper and onion for 2 minutes.
  3. Mix in flour, milk, crab meat, salt, and nutmeg. Cook for 10 minutes.
  4. Put the crab meat into a nonstick baking pan, and sprinkle with the shredded cheese and breadcrumbs.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese melts completely.
