3 lb  Chicken, broiler/fryer, whole, with o skin, raw
0 1/4 cup  fresh lime juice
0 1/4 cup  fresh lemon juice
0.3333 cup  white wine
1 each  medium garlic cloves
1 tsp  ground thyme
0 1/2 tsp  salt
0.125 tsp  black pepper
  1. Rinse and cut chicken into serving pieces. Place the chicken in a plastic bag. Mix ingredients together and pour into plastic bag. Marinate the chicken for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator.
  2. Heat the oven to 425 degrees F. Using a non-stick baking pan, bake chicken for 40 minutes or until done.
