Ingredients Directions
  1. Rinse and cut chicken into serving pieces. Combine flour, garlic powder, oregano, chili powder, thyme, salt, and pepper (optional) into a mixing bowl.
  2. Dredge each piece of chicken in the seasoning
  3. Heat the oil into a large soup pot. Bring the water to a boil in a separate pot. Brown the chicken on both sides while also adding the onions and bell pepper. Stir mix thoroughly.
  4. Add the rest of the ingredients. Cover and cook until the rice is done.
