1 cup  light mayonnaise
1 cup  fresh chopped green onion
0 1/4 cup  fresh chopped onion
1 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp  Worcestershire sauce
1 pinch  hot pepper sauce
1 pinch  salt and pepper
2 lb  cooked crab
1 lb  dungeoness crab meat
  1. Use a large bowl, and mix the mayonnaise, green onions, onion, lemon juice, worcesteshire sauce, hot sauce, salt and pepper.
  2. Pick through crabmeat and remove any shells, and then carefully fold in the crabmeat.
  3. Transfer to a 6-cup mold coated with nonstick cooking spray. Refrigerate until serving time.
