1 each  medium avocadoes
1 pinch  salt and pepper
1 each  medium garlic cloves
0 1/4 tsp  chili powder
1 tsp  fresh lemon juice
2 tsp  minced onion
0 1/4 cup  plain nonfat yogurt
  1. Place the mashed avocado in a small bowl. Season with the salt, pepper, garlic, chili powder, and lemon juice.
  2. Stir the onion in. Cover with yogurt to keep the mixture from darkening.
  3. Refrigerate until serving time. Stir well, just before serving.
