Ingredients Directions
  1. Use a large skillet, and cook the beef, garlic, celery, onion, parsley, and green pepper over medium heat on high.
  2. Heat until the meat is done and vegetables are tender.
  3. Add the Worcestershire sauce, cayenne pepper, and pepper. Stir well. Bring to a boil and reduce the heat.
  4. Cover and cook for 25 to 30 minutes or wait until the rice is done.
