- Whisk in undrained pineapple and Mountain Dew.
- Add yogurt, whipped topping, and coconut extract. Toss lightly to blend.
- Add mandarin oranges.
- Divide pudding into 6 dessert dishes and sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon coconut over the top of each.
