1 lb  Pork, tenderloin, lean, raw
0 1/2 tsp  black pepper
0 1/4 tsp  hot red pepper flakes
1 tbsp  canola oil
1 cup  fresh chopped onion
2 each  medium garlic cloves
0 1/2 cup  barbecue sauce
0 1/2 cup  Ketchup, low sodium
0 1/4 cup  cold water
1 tsp  vinegar
  1. While the oven is heating to 350 degrees F, put the pork tenderloin in a hot, nonstick skillet to sear the outside. Take the pork off the heat and season with the red pepper flakes and pepper.
  2. Bake the tenderloin for 25 minutes. Be sure to cover tenderloin with foil.
  3. Sauté the onions and garlic in the oil for approximately 5 minutes (or until golden).
  4. Add the barbecue sauce, catsup, water, and vinegar together and simmer for 10 minutes. Shred with pork with two forks and add to the sauce.
