Cheddar Cheese and Rice Roll

Cheese, cheddar, sharp, reduced fat, shredded
fat free cream cheese
Chile Peppers, green, diced, canned
In a food processor or mixing by hand combine the rice, Cheddar cheese, cream cheese, chilies, and hot sauce, then shape the mixture into a log. Roll the log in walnuts, wrap with plastic wrap tightly and refrigerate for 1 hour.
