Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a small saucepan combine the tomato paste with wine, water, garlic, basil, oregano and salt. Bring mixture to a boil and reduce the heat to low, allowing the mixture to simmer, uncovered for 15 minutes. Set aside.
In a large bowl combine the beef, turkey, bread crumbs, zucchini, and egg whites and tomato mixture, Set aside 1 /2 cup of tomato mixture, add the rest to the meat, and mix . Shape it into a loaf and place it into an ungreased loaf pan 9X5X3-inch and bake 45 minutes.
Discard any drippings. Pour the remaining 1/2 cup of tomato mixture over the top of the loaf and bake for an additional 15 minutes. Allow to cool 10 minutes before cutting into 8 slices.
