Ingredients Directions - Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Lightly coat 2 mini loaf pans and a roasting pan with cooking spray.
- In medium bowl, add ground beef, egg, onion, bread crumbs, parsley, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and 1 tablespoon ketchup. Mix until blended well.
- Mold mixture into two 5 1/2" inch loaves.
- Place loaves on rack in roasting pan and cover each with one tablespoon ketchup.
- Bake for one hour.
- Remove from oven and let stand 5 minutes before serving.
