4 cup  Cereal, raisin bran
1 cup  sugar
2 1/2 cup  white all purpose flour
2 1/2 tsp  baking soda
2 tsp  ground cinnamon
2 each  eggs
0 1/2 cup  canola oil
2 cup  low fat buttermilk
  1. Preheat oven to 400ºF. Use paper liners, and line muffin pans, or coat with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Use a large bowl, and combine the cereal, sugar flour, baking soda, and cinnamon all together. Add eggs, oil, and buttermilk.
  3. Stir with spoon until well mixed. Fill each muffin cup two-thirds full.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center of a muffin comes out clean
