1 1/2 lb  cooked crab
0 1/2 cup  mayonnaise
2 tbsp  Milk, evaporated
2 tbsp  chili sauce
1 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
1 oz  small green bell peppers
3 each  scallions
6 piece  fresh romaine leaves
  1. Chop green pepper, and green and white part of scallions.
  2. In large bowl, combine all ingredients except lettuce.
  3. Place lettuce leaves on individual serving plates, top with crab mixture, and serve immediately.
