Ingredients Directions
  1. Preheat Oven to 375 degrees and coat an 8 inch square baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Mix cornmeal, flour, baking powder, salt, powdered milk and sweetener in a medium bowl.
  3. In a separate bowl mix together water, egg substitute and oil.
  4. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix.
  5. Finally, add the cheese and green chiles, mixing in evenly.
  6. Transfer the batter to the greased pan and bake for 30 minutes.
  7. Cut into 1 x 1 inch squares and serve while the bread is still warm.
