Ingredients Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Mix together mozzarella and Parmesan cheese in a bowl.
  3. Separate the two halves of each English muffin and set on a baking sheet.
  4. Cover each English muffin with an even amount of cheese and top with Canadian bacon and green bell peppers.
