12 piece  Bread, French, small slice
3 tbsp  olive oil
1 1/4 tbsp  fresh lime juice
1 tbsp  fresh cilantro
1 each  fresh plum tomatoes
0 1/2 cup  frozen sweet corn kernels
0 1/2 cup  chopped green bell peppers
2 each  medium garlic cloves
0 1/4 tsp  tabasco sauce
  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Spread slices of bread on a baking sheet and brush each slice with olive oil. Toast the bread in the oven for 5 minutes.
  3. Mix the rest of the ingredients in a medium bowl.
  4. Spread an even amount of the bruschetta on each slice of toasted bread.
