3 cup  Flour, all purpose, unbleached, enriched
1 tsp  low sodium baking powder
1 1/2 tsp  baking soda
1 tsp  salt
1 tbsp  cream of tartar
0 1/2 cup  unsalted butter
1.3333 cup  whole milk
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Add all of the ingredients to a food processor.
  3. Pulse until it is just about blended (Note: You do not want to overprocess the ingredients).
  4. Take a heaping teaspoon and drop it onto a greased baking sheet. This will make one biscuit.
  5. Once you have filled up the sheet, bake the biscuits in your oven until they become a golden brown, which should be about 20 to 30 minutes.
