0 3/4 cup  Flour, potato
0 1/2 tsp  vanilla extract
2 each  eggs
1 cup  whole milk
1 tbsp  powdered whole milk
1 pinch  kosher salt
1 each  cooking spray
  1. Combine all ingredients except cooking spray in a blender or food processor and mix until it has become a creamy batter.
  2. Next, spray a nonstick skillet heated over a medium heat with nonstick spray, a step you will follow by adding 2 tablespoons of the crepe batter into the skillet.
  3. Tilt the skillet and swirl it in a circular motion until the batter is evenly spread over the pan. Then, cook the crepe until the outer edges begin to brown and loosen from the skillet.
  4. Once this happens, flip the crepe to the other side and cook for about 30 more seconds. Finally, using a thin spatula, lift the crepe from the pan and serve on a plate.
