Ingredients Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Mix the meat, cornmeal, onion, green pepper, 1/4 cup tomato sauce, and chili seasoning in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Pat mixture into an 8-by-8-inch baking dish sprayed with olive oil-flavored cooking spray.
  4. Mix together the remaining 1 1/2 cups tomato sauce, brown sugar sweetener, dried parsley, and garlic. Then pour mixture over the meat loaf and bake for 50 to 55 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven, let set for 5 minutes, cut into 6 pieces, and serve!
