Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Cover a baking sheet with foil, and spray and with nonstick cooking spray. Use a plate or wax paper, and mix the cereal crumb and pecans. Use a bowl, mix together the honey and soy sauce.
Season the chicken with salt and pepper, and dip both sides of chicken breast into the honey mixture, and roll in the pecan mixture to coat. On the pan arrange chicken.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes on each side or until the chicken is done.
