Preheat the oven to 250 degrees F. Use a small bowl, and whisk together the sesame oil, honey, soy sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Use a large bowl; toss together cereal squares, pretzels, soy nuts, and peanuts. Drizzle the oil mixture over the cereal mixture, and toss gently to coat.
Scatter the mixture on a foil-line jelly roll pan, and bake for 25 minutes, and gently stir often to prevent too much browning.
Turn oven off and let the cereal stay in the oven for 1 hour to continue crisping. When cool, toss with the chocolate candies and raisins if you are using. Store in an airtight container for up to one week.
