Mashed potato, cabbage, and onion patty.

0 1/2 cup  fresh chopped onion 2.0
2 cup  Cabbage, cooked, drained, shredded 16.0
16 oz  Mashed Potatoes, plain 2.0
2 tsp  Margarine, 80% fat

1. Mix together the onion, cabbage, and potatoes in a mixing bowl and then separate mixture into 4 patties.
2. Melt the margarine in a skillet.
3. Evenly arrange the patties in the skillet and then brown for 5 minutes on each side.
4. Serve immediately.
