6 oz  Bread, Italian, small slice
1 tbsp  olive oil
2 each  fresh plum tomatoes
3 each  medium garlic cloves
2 tsp  fresh basil
1 tsp  fresh thyme
2 tsp  olive oil
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Cut the bread into 6 equal slices and place on a baking sheet. Liberally brush olive oil onto each slice.
  2. Once the oven is heated, toast bread for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Combine the tomatoes, garlic, basil, and thyme in a separate bowl.
  4. Once bread is toasted, place a teaspoon of the tomato mixture on each slice. Serve immediately
