15 oz  Peas, chickpea, canned
1 tbsp  tahini
3 each  medium garlic cloves
1 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
1 tsp  olive oil
1 tsp  ground cumin
1 tsp  ground coriander
0 1/2 tsp  ground cayenne (red pepper)
1 pinch  white pepper
2 tsp  chopped parsley
  1. Drain and rinse chickpeas, setting aside 1 tablespoon of bean juice.
  2. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor, including 1 tablespoon of the juice. Blend ingredients until the mixture is smooth.
