12 oz  medium cucumber
0 1/2 cup  red onion, sliced
0.3333 cup  SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener, granulated
0.3333 cup  distilled white vinegar
0 1/4 tsp  salt
0.125 tsp  black pepper
  1. Note: This recipe requires at least two hours refrigeration.
  2. In non-metallic, medium bowl, combine cucumbers and onions .
  3. In small bowl, mix Splenda, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour dressing over cucumbers and onions.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least two hours. Stir occasionally.
