Ingredients Directions - In mixing bowl, combine with hands, ground turkey, crushed tortilla chips and egg.
- Divide mixture into six equal parts and shape into patties.
- Coat large skillet with cooking spray, heat pan over medium. Place patties in skillet and cook 5-6 minutes, until browned. Flip and cook 2-3 minutes more.
- Remove patties to plate and cover with foil to keep warm.
- Add onions to skillet and cook over medium heat until onions begin to brown.
- Add water, tomato paste, mushrooms, Madeira, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, and chicken stock. Stir to combine all ingredients.
- Bring sauce to boil, return patties to skillet. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 15 minutes.
- Uncover skillet and cook another 15-20 minutes until sauce is thickened and reduced.
