1 lb  ground turkey, 7% fat, raw
0 1/2 cup  baked tortilla chips, crushed
1 each  eggs
1 each  cooking spray
1 each  yellow onion
0 3/4 cup  tap water
3 tbsp  tomato paste
0 1/2 cup  fresh mushrooms
2 tbsp  Wine, dessert, sweet, madeira
1 1/2 tsp  Worcestershire sauce
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
10 oz  low sodium chicken broth
  1. In mixing bowl, combine with hands, ground turkey, crushed tortilla chips and egg.
  2. Divide mixture into six equal parts and shape into patties.
  3. Coat large skillet with cooking spray, heat pan over medium. Place patties in skillet and cook 5-6 minutes, until browned. Flip and cook 2-3 minutes more.
  4. Remove patties to plate and cover with foil to keep warm.
  5. Add onions to skillet and cook over medium heat until onions begin to brown.
  6. Add water, tomato paste, mushrooms, Madeira, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, and chicken stock. Stir to combine all ingredients.
  7. Bring sauce to boil, return patties to skillet. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 15 minutes.
  8. Uncover skillet and cook another 15-20 minutes until sauce is thickened and reduced.
