1 each  cooking spray
1 lb  ground turkey, 99% fat free, raw
1 each  eggs
0 1/2 cup  Grits, corn, yellow, regular, enriched, dry
1 each  yellow onion
1 each  medium garlic cloves
0 3/4 cup  salsa
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Coat a 5" x 9" loaf pan with cooking spray. In a large mixing bowl, combine turkey, egg, bread crumbs, onion, garlic and 1/2 cup salsa. Mix thoroughly.
  2. Place turkey mixture in loaf pan and spread evenly. Top with remaining 1/4 cup salsa. Bake for 50-60 minutes.
