Sweet Potato Fries (Gluten Free)

These potatoes are so easy to make and are truly a treat. Baking these fries saves a lot of fat over traditional deep fried fries.

2 each  sweet potatoes
1 tsp  onion powder
1 tsp  powdered garlic
2 tsp  paprika
1 tsp  salt
0 1/2 tsp  ground cinnamon
0 1/2 tsp  black pepper
1 each  cooking spray
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Mix all spices together in a large bowl.
  3. Toss sweet potatoes with the spices.
  4. Spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray and place sweet potato mixture on tray.
  5. Spray tops of sweet potato fries with cooking spray.
  6. Bake until crisp on the outside and cooked through, turning frequently, and spraying again with cooking spray if too dry. Should be cooked in about 35 to 40 minutes.
