2 1/4 cup  fresh broccoli florets
1 1/4 cup  fresh cauliflower
0 1/2 cup  fresh chopped onion
1 1/2 oz  bacon bits
0 3/4 cup  low fat cheddar cheese, shredded
0 1/2 cup  fat free mayonnaise
2 tbsp  sweetener (sugar substitute)
1 tbsp  distilled white vinegar
  1. Mix together the broccoli, cauliflower, onion, bacon bits, and Cheddar cheese in a large bowl.
  2. In a smaller bowl, mix the mayonnaise, sweetener, and vinegar. Add this mixture to the vegetable mixture.
  3. Mix well, cover and refrigerate for 15 minutes, and stir once more before serving.
