2 each  large tomato
1 each  medium red bell peppers
1 each  large yellow bell pepppers
1 cup  red onion
1 tsp  extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp  fresh lime juice
2 tbsp  chopped parsley
2 tbsp  fresh cilantro
1 tsp  chili powder
1 tsp  ground cumin
1 pinch  tabasco sauce
1 pinch  kosher salt
1 pinch  black pepper
  1. Remove seeds and chop red and yellow peppers into 1/2" pieces.
  2. Chop tomato and onion into 1/2" pieces.
  3. In large bowl, mix tomatoes, peppers, onion, olive oil, and lime juice. Add parsley, cilantro, chili powder, cumin, cayenne pepper, hot sauce, salt, and pepper. Toss to mix.
  4. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours. Serve.
