Ingredients Directions
  1. Combine cookie crumbs, peanuts, and chocolate chips. Divide in half and set aside.
  2. Gradually add 1 tablespoon of sugar to egg white and beat until stiff peaks form.
  3. Combine thoroughly with peanut butter, remaining 1/4 cup sugar, coffee powder and vanilla.
  4. Stir in half of the cookie crumb mixture.
  5. Spoon pudding mixture into individual dessert dishes or wine glasses and sprinkle remaining cookie crumb mixture over top. Place in freezer until firm.
