Ingredients Directions
  1. Spread refried beans in a glass deep-dish pie plate or other microwave-safe serving dish; set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, stir together corn and salsa. Spoon evenly over beans.
  3. Cover with microwave-safe plastic wrap and microwave 5 to 6 minutes on HIGH, or until bubbly.
  4. Carefully pull back plastic wrap (watch out for steam) and sprinkle cheese over the top of the dip.
  5. Cover dip again with plastic wrap and let stand 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
  6. Serve with baked tortilla chips or fresh veggies.
