Ingredients Directions
  1. Preheat oven 350°F.
  2. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In mixing bowl, with stand or hand electric mixer, beat egg, sugar, baking soda, and vanilla. Beat in peanut butter. Stir in chocolate chips, if desired.
  4. Drop batter by teaspoon onto prepared baking sheet. Press lightly with back of fork.
  5. Bake 10 minutes. Transfer to cooling rack.
