2 each  medium cucumber
0 1/4 cup  tahini
0 1/4 cup  fresh dill weed
0 1/2 each  fresh lemons
1 tbsp  light honey
0 1/4 tsp  salt
  1. Cut cucumber into 2" pieces.
  2. In blender or food processor, place cucumber, tahini, dill weed, lemon juice, honey and salt . Purée until smooth.
