0 3/4 cup  Peanut Butter, natural, creamy
0 1/2 cup  vegetable oil
0 1/2 cup  brown sugar
1 tsp  vanilla extract
1 each  eggs
1 1/2 cup  white whole wheat flour
2 tsp  low sodium baking powder
0 1/2 tsp  baking soda
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. In a medium-sized bowl, mix together peanut butter, oil, brown sugar, vanilla, and egg until creamy. Add remaining ingredients and beat well.
  2. Shape the dough into 60 balls, 1 inch in diameter, and place on a lightly greased baking sheet. Flatten with a fork. Bake for 12 - 15 minutes, or until golden brown. Place on a cooling rack.
