1 1/2 cup  orzo pasta
2 tsp  olive oil
1 each  medium onions
10 oz  chopped frozen spinach
0 1/4 cup  Cheese, feta, crumbled
1 pinch  black pepper
  1. Cook the orzo (follow directions on package).
  2. On medium-high heat, heat the oil in a skillet.
  3. Add onions and sauté for 5 minutes.
  4. Add the spinach and sauté for 4 minutes.
  5. Mix together the onion and spinach mixture with the hot orzo.
  6. Add feta cheese and ground pepper and toss together.
