Ingredients Directions
  1. Slice and cut chicken into 2 inch cubes.
  2. In a bowl mix together all the marinade ingredients.
  3. Add together the cubed chicken breast and marinade mix and let marinate for at least 2 hours.
  4. Place chicken breasts on a broiler rack. Broil each side of the chicken for 2 to 3 minutes or until cooked.
  5. Serve on a red leaf lettuce platter.
