4 oz  roasted lean ham, diced
0 3/4 cup  Butter, unsalted
1 1/2 cup  low fat cheddar cheese, shredded
0.3333 cup  grated Parmesan cheese
0 1/2 tsp  paprika
0 1/4 tsp  salt
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
1 1/2 cup  white all purpose flour
  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Combine ham, butter, Cheddar, Parmesan, paprika, salt, and pepper in food processor mixing until blended.
  3. Add flour. Pulse with on-and-off motions until blended.
  4. Put dough in cookie press, using desired shape. Press out dough onto ungreased cookie sheet, spacing 1 inch apart.
  5. Bake for 14-16 minutes until dark golden in color.
  6. Cool on wire rack.
  7. Cover and refrigerate if not serving immediately, or freeze up to 3 weeks.
