4 each  boneless pork chops
0 1/4 cup  Preserves, peach
0.3333 cup  Mustard, honey
2 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
  1. Stir together preserves, mustard, and lemon juice.
  2. Grill chops over a medium-hot fire, turning occasionally and basting with sauce, just until done, 8-10 minutes total for 3/4-inch chop.
  3. Discard any leftover basting sauce.
