4 each  boneless pork chops
0.3333 cup  Marmalade, orange
2 tbsp  low sodium soy sauce
1 tbsp  rice vinegar
0 1/4 tsp  sesame oil
2 tsp  vegetable oil
  1. In small microwavable container, blend marmalade, soy sauce, rice vinegar and sesame oil, and heat for 30 to 45 seconds on HIGH until smooth; set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in 12-inch non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add pork chops, and brown on both sides.
  4. Turn heat to low, pour orange-sesame sauce over chops, cover and simmer 6 to 8 minutes.
