1 tbsp  sugar
0 1/2 tsp  ground cinnamon
6 each  Breadstick Dough, soft, refrigerated
1 each  cooking spray
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray (or line with parchment paper).
  3. Mix together sugar and cinnamon and place in a shallow dish or plate.
  4. Open the package of breadsticks and divide them into 6 portions.
  5. Roll the portions to equal 12-inch long ropes. Roll in sugar (make sure breadstick are completely covered) and twist them into a pretzel shape. Put on baking sheet. (repeat this until breadsticks are gone)
  6. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes or until lightly browned.
  7. Let cool for 5 minutes and then serve warm.
