Ingredients 4.0 4 cup Cereal, corn whole wheat & rolled oats, with add sugar 2.0 2 cup Pretzels, bagel shaped, fat free 1.0 1 each Soybeans, dry roasted, Just Soy Nuts, serving 2.0 2 tbsp Peanut Butter, creamy 1.0 1 tbsp honey 1.0 1 tbsp Juice, apple, unsweetened, prepared from frozen concentrate with water 2.0 2 tsp vanilla extract 1.0 1 each Cooking Spray, soybean oil, with butter flavor, 1/3 sec spray 1.0 1 each Raisins, with o seeds, unpacked cup Directions - Preheat oven to 250 degrees
- In a large size bowl mix together cereal, pretzels and peanuts. Set aside.
- Measure a 1-cup size glass or a small microwaveable bowl and mix together the peanut butter, honey and apple juice. For 30 seconds microwave at HIGH or until hot. Slowly stir in the vanilla.
- Take the peanut butter mixture and slowly pour over the cereal mixture. Place on a 15X10-inch jelly-roll pan (ungreased) and sprinkle lightly with cooking spray
- Place in oven for 8 minutes
- Stir
- Continue baking for another 8 minutes (make sure the mix in golden brown). Remove from oven
- Add in raisins if wanted
- Let cool and serve
