2 tbsp  honey
2 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp  fresh rosemary
0 1/2 tsp  dijon mustard
1 tsp  minced garlic
1 tsp  onion powder
0 1/2 tsp  dry mustard
6 each  Lamb, loin chop, lean, broiled, choice, 1/4" trim
5 each  peppermint, fresh, leaves
  1. In a small bowl mix together all the ingredients(except for lamb chops and mint). Microwave for 1 minute.
  2. With a cooking brush, brush the mixture over the lamp chops and broil or grill (make sure you turn the lamp chops frequently): -for rare 12 minutes.-for medium 15 minutes-for well done 18 minutes
  3. Decorate with mint and serve.
