3 each  boneless skinless chicken breasts
0.3333 cup  Flour, white, unbleached, enriched
1 pinch  black pepper
1 pinch  salt
2 tsp  canola oil
1 each  small onions
1 cup  low fat unsalted chicken broth
3 tbsp  Marmalade, orange
2 tsp  fresh rosemary
2 tsp  fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 cup  Grapes, green European type varieties, fresh
1 tbsp  Cornstarch
2 tbsp  cold water
1 pinch  black pepper
  1. Combine the chicken breasts, flour, salt, and pepper in a zip lock bag. Shake until chicken is covered.
  2. Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breast to the frying pan and cook the chicken (5 minutes for each side)
  3. Remove chicken from the frying pan and keep warm.
  4. Place the onions in the same frying pan. Add the chicken broth and orange marmalade and stir together. Mix in the rosemary and lemon juice and cook for 3 minutes.
  5. Add the grapes and cook for another 5 minutes.
  6. Finally, place the chicken back in the frying pan and cook for 10 minutes.
  7. Mix the cornstarch with water in a small measuring cup. Pour into the frying pan and let it cook with the chicken until sauce is thickened.
  8. Sprinkle on pepper and serve.
