2 cup  Pasta, rotini, semolina, dry, package
0 1/2 cup  fresh cherry tomatoes
0 1/4 cup  chopped red bell peppers
0 1/2 oz  Olives, black, small, canned
15 oz  canned artichokes hearts, drained

0 1/4 cup  balsamic vinegar
2 tsp  olive oil
1 tbsp  dijon mustard
2 tsp  fresh basil
1 pinch  black pepper
  1. In a large bowl combine together all the salad ingredients
  2. Mix together all the dressing ingredients
  3. Pour dressing over salad bowl and toss together
  4. Serve at room temperature
