3 lb  lean center loin pork chop/roast
1 tsp  dry mustard
1 tsp  salt
0 1/2 tsp  white pepper
0 1/2 tsp  ground ginger
0 1/4 cup  Syrup, corn, light
1 cup  Marmalade, orange
2 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
0 1/2 tsp  dry mustard
0 1/2 tsp  ground ginger
  1. In small bowl combine mustard, salt, pepper and ginger; rub mixture into roast.
  2. Place roast on grill over foil drip pan. Close grill hood.
  3. Grill over slow coals 1 to 1 1/2 hours, until meat thermometer reads 155-160 degrees F.
  4. Glaze - In a medium saucepan, combine 1 cup orange marmalade, 1/4 cup light corn syrup, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard, 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger.
  5. Cook over medium heat 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
  6. Brush with glaze every 10 minutes during the last 30 minutes of grilling time.
  7. Let roast cool 10 minutes before carving.
