3 each  Oranges, navels, fresh, 2 7/8"
0 1/2 each  Onion, red, fresh, rings
2 tbsp  cider vinegar
1 tbsp  vegetable oil
1 tsp  sugar
0 1/2 tsp  salt substitute seasoning
0 1/4 tsp  chili powder
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
  1. Alternate orange slices and onion slices attractiively in serving dish.
  2. Stir together remaining ingredients well and drizzle over salad.
  3. Serve immediately, on a bed of salad greens, if desired.
