4 each  boneless pork chops
0 1/2 cup  Bread Crumbs, garlic & herb
1 tbsp  unsalted butter
2 tsp  fresh lemon peel
1 tsp  dried basil
1 each  eggs
  1. Heat oven to 425 degrees F. Line a 15x10x1-inch baking pan with foil; spray with vegetable cooking spray.
  2. In a shallow dish combine breadcrumbs, butter, lemon peel and basil. Brush chops with egg, then dip in crumb mixture to coat top and sides.
  3. Roast for 15-20 minutes or until nicely golden brown.
