1 tbsp  extra virgin olive oil
0 1/2 cup  fresh chopped green onion
2 each  medium garlic cloves
1 cup  low sodium chicken broth
0 3/4 cup  frozen green peas
0 1/2 tsp  dried basil
0 1/4 tsp  salt
0.125 tsp  black pepper
0.6667 cup  couscous
  1. Heat oil in saucepan over medium high heat. Add onions and garlic and sauté for 2 minutes or until tender.
  2. Add broth, peas, basil, salt and pepper. Bring to boil.
  3. Stir in couscous. Remove from heat. Cover and let stand for 5 minutes or until liquid is absorbed. Fluff with fork before serving.
