10 oz  spinach tortellini
2 each  roma tomatoes
1 each  yellow onion
1 each  medium zucchini
8 each  fresh mushrooms (med)
0 1/2 cup  fat free Italian dressing
  1. On each skewer, alternate all ingredients except Italian dressing. Brush skewers liberally with dressing.
  2. Place over a medium-hot fire and grill, turning often, for 8-10 minutes, until vegetables are nicely browned.
